Donald D Russo

Donald Russo represents me in an employment matter. He is very attentive to all FREQUENT inquiries. He always responds immediately to any questions I have. He is also willing to answer questions during non-business hours. Since I am still employed and dealing with the issues for which I hired him, ...he has been extremely supportive and helped me through it all with his suggestions, whether on or off the clock. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I could not have made it through all of it without him.

Anytime I have in the past thought of Attorneys I always thought "uggg". Until I met Don he is an honest, stand up guy. That really cares about you as a person. Don Russo is a straight shooter. I have worked with him twice now. I have also recommended him highly to many people. There are ...still some of the "old school good guys" left. He is one of them! You will not disappointed by him or his highly professional staff.

The ratings don't go low enough! This so called esquire is nothing but a bag of hot air . Since hiring him he moved the office 3 times changed the phone number and never notified me , he lost important documents, didn't return phone calls, had the facts wrong, dates wrong by months, the name of the d...efendant wrong, and myself as a female. Also the office is like a revolving door for his staff. he ripped me off for over eight thousand dollars. Very disorganized . I did months of work on my own case and provided him with all the documentation at my cost he didn't use the information to file the brief I had all of the dates and ALL OF THE FACTS. Everything was vague or generic and the judge wouldn't here my case .I will be filing a complaint with the disciplinary board THIS GUY SHOULD BE DISBARRED! This was a horrible experience it was worse than the incident that I was suing for! Possible lawsuit ahead.

When looking for an attorney familiar with labor law I contacted the PA BAR Association. They referred me to Attorney Russo. I liked the fact that he is local and an individual practice. After meeting with Attorney Russo I found him to be knowledgeable and passionate about his work and clients. ...I am a person who asks lots of questions, input, and communication. I found Attorney Russo and his office staff very responsive to my inquiries and suggestions. We did lose my unemployment claim, but I did not take it to the next level. We are moving our energies into my ADA case. I will post more as the case moves toward success.
