Pretty sure 3/15/12 LVHN has a legal request with a dead girl's name and my SSN, matching Fuoco v. Lehigh University's docket timeline 3/15/12 when SHE amended her DIB claim #232536130. She was discharged 2/22/12?

Replied last January 21, 2016I do not think this person was ever a client. They are referring to a move of my office from Bethlehem to Allentown that occurred in July of 2009, so this causes any objective reader to question the veracity of the information. What "unemployment compensation" hearing was allegedly missed? No information is provided. This person could provide an approximate date of the hearing and the name of the Unemployment Referee without disclosing his or her name. I doubt that this person was ever a client, because if you pay a lawyer to show up for a hearing and he fails to show up, then there are severe consequences to that lawyer. No such report was ever made about me so therefore I seriously question the truth and veracity of this negative attack. Never in my 38 year career have I ever failed to show up for any hearing that I was paid to attend.
