Stay Away From This Lawyer
I hired this lawyer to represent me and not only did he not show up at my unemployment hearing, he also got many facts wrong on my wrongful termination lawsuit. He did not keep me informed and just kept sending me bills. I agree with other reviewers that this lawyer actually did more harm than good...
This criticism is not only anonymous, but it provides no information that would allow me a chance to even attempt to identify the person or to figure out what this person was talking about. It simply makes no sense. I never missed an unemployment compensation hearing in my 42 years as a lawyer. This fact can be confirmed by the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review by examining their records. This person claims to have "walked away from their lawsuit". This statement makes no sense. Why would a person walk away from a lawsuit if he or she felt it was a good case? They would hire a different lawyer if dissatisfied with their current lawyer's services. No information is provided as to what happened after he or she walked away from their lawsuit. As far as changing my office location, over 42 years of practice I have moved my office four times (averaging less than once every ten years). I return all phone calls immediately, as evidenced by my other reviews. This individual claims that I "did harm" to his/her case but he/she does not specify what that harm was. This appears to be a criticism that cannot be vetted because no tangible facts are supplied.

Who is Russo really representing, me or them?
I work for the City of Allentown for 10 years and fired under Ed. I work in the Parks Department. I was physically assaulted, threatened and sexually harassed. To begin Russo requested cash for payment a lot and I compiled. After paying him $16,500.00 he claim I only paid him $7000.00. I have proof. ...
This person is complaining about a jury verdict that was entered against her on July 2, 2010. That was more than eight years ago. She has submitted prior negative reviews on this same issue but yet, she is now trying - yet again - to resurrect the matter to have the readers believe that this eight year old case just happened recently. On September 30, 2011, the federal judge presiding over the case described her situation as follows "This dubious employment discrimination claim resulted, to the surprise of no one who understood the case, in a jury verdict for the defendant" She had her day in court, and the jury found in favor of the employer that had fired her. Her case is public record, but notice, she does not want to provide her name for fear that people can actually read for themselves about what actually happened in the case.

Truly cares about my situation.
Atty Russo is excellent. He is willing to take on big businesses, difficult cases, and fights hard for you. A friend recommended Atty Russo because he had a good experience and outcome with him. I'm glad I hired him. The last brief he wrote was brilliant. His fee is reasonable.

USELESS AND INEFECTIVE, FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!
The ratings don't go low enough! This so called esquire is nothing but a bag of hot air . Since hiring him he moved the office 3 times changed the phone number and never notified me , he lost important documents, didn't return phone calls, had the facts wrong, dates wrong by months, the name of the d...
I do not think this person was ever a client. They are referring to a move of my office from Bethlehem to Allentown that occurred in July of 2009, so this causes any objective reader to question the veracity of the information. What "unemployment compensation" hearing was allegedly missed? No information is provided. This person could provide an approximate date of the hearing and the name of the Unemployment Referee without disclosing his or her name. I doubt that this person was ever a client, because if you pay a lawyer to show up for a hearing and he fails to show up, then there are severe consequences to that lawyer. No such report was ever made about me so therefore I seriously question the truth and veracity of this negative attack. Never in my 38 year career have I ever failed to show up for any hearing that I was paid to attend.
