Who is Russo really representing, me or them?

I work for the City of Allentown for 10 years and fired under Ed. I work in the Parks Department. I was physically assaulted, threatened and sexually harassed. To begin Russo requested cash for payment a lot and I compiled. After paying him $16,500.00 he claim I only paid him $7000.00. I have proof. ...He gave me generic receipts from a booklet you can get at a office supply store. I question his bookkeeping techniques. He never had my personnel file submitted as evidence witch is the smoking gun of evidence where it is documented about the years of body slamming violence that happened in the parks dept. that happened before I started working there. He never read my personnel file, found out when I quizzed him. He never prepped me for trial. He did not show up for a deposition so I did not have legal representation. He did NOT hire a forensic psychologist to counter the cities forensic psychologist. Did not used any of my eye whininess including the HR director that was fired 2 weeks before I was because he said he could not find him. The HR director had been in the public phone book for 17 years. He showed up to my trial hung over one day. There was an additional competency trial on Dec 7th in regards to his conduct. I've got the documents. I lost the trial and filed for an appeal. The 3rd circuit court found a judgement against me??? What? This is legal a violation of my civil rights. Ed sued me for trying to sue the city for sexual harrasent and put my house up for Sherif Sale in 2012. According to the ACLU and several legal malpractice attorneys not only were many laws broken against me, but my attorney did not full-fill his legal obligation to do his job was was paid well for. Every couple of years Russo moves his office from Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton and who knows where ells. Why? I can prove every thing here is true. I have a copy of my transcripts from my 4 day trial. However, I am keeping anonymous because have have been harassed, staked and vandalized by my old co-workes for over a decade and it has finally stopped.

This person is complaining about a jury verdict that was entered against her on July 2, 2010. That was more than eight years ago. She has submitted prior negative reviews on this same issue but yet, she is now trying - yet again - to resurrect the matter to have the readers believe that this eight year old case just happened recently. On September 30, 2011, the federal judge presiding over the case described her situation as follows "This dubious employment discrimination claim resulted, to the surprise of no one who understood the case, in a jury verdict for the defendant" She had her day in court, and the jury found in favor of the employer that had fired her. Her case is public record, but notice, she does not want to provide her name for fear that people can actually read for themselves about what actually happened in the case.

Grateful

I am so glad I hired Mr Russo. He has no idea how much weight he lifted off my shoulders. I was stressed! He was Professional and I felt confident from our first conversation. I trusted him and my instincts were correct. I won my case thanks to him. I cannot thank him enough !

Truly cares about my situation.

Atty Russo is excellent. He is willing to take on big businesses, difficult cases, and fights hard for you. A friend recommended Atty Russo because he had a good experience and outcome with him. I'm glad I hired him. The last brief he wrote was brilliant. His fee is reasonable.

USELESS AND INEFECTIVE, FRAUD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

The ratings don't go low enough! This so called esquire is nothing but a bag of hot air . Since hiring him he moved the office 3 times changed the phone number and never notified me , he lost important documents, didn't return phone calls, had the facts wrong, dates wrong by months, the name of the d...efendant wrong, and myself as a female. Also the office is like a revolving door for his staff. he ripped me off for over eight thousand dollars. Very disorganized . I did months of work on my own case and provided him with all the documentation at my cost he didn't use the information to file the brief I had all of the dates and ALL OF THE FACTS. Everything was vague or generic and the judge wouldn't here my case .I will be filing a complaint with the disciplinary board THIS GUY SHOULD BE DISBARRED! This was a horrible experience it was worse than the incident that I was suing for! Possible lawsuit ahead.

I do not think this person was ever a client. They are referring to a move of my office from Bethlehem to Allentown that occurred in July of 2009, so this causes any objective reader to question the veracity of the information. What "unemployment compensation" hearing was allegedly missed? No information is provided. This person could provide an approximate date of the hearing and the name of the Unemployment Referee without disclosing his or her name. I doubt that this person was ever a client, because if you pay a lawyer to show up for a hearing and he fails to show up, then there are severe consequences to that lawyer. No such report was ever made about me so therefore I seriously question the truth and veracity of this negative attack. Never in my 38 year career have I ever failed to show up for any hearing that I was paid to attend.

An attorney who cares.

I found that Attorney Russo is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He has put an all out effort into my case while not only being professional but compassionate as well.
