I represent single parents, separated married couples, and same-sex couples in determining physical and legal custody, visitation schedules, and modification of existing custody orders.

I represent clients with divorce/separation cases who may have issues related to child custody, child support, child visitation schedules, property division, alimony, separation agreements in order to avoid a contested divorce, and division of pension plans.

I accept cases involving violations of special education law, including denials of FAPE, accommodations, IEP drafting and implementation, and school placement. Additionally, I accept cases of disciplinary actions and appeals, school bullying and injuries to students that have occurred at school.

Representation of entertainment clients involves drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts for musicians, film production companies, and other entertainment professionals, copyright registration, music clearance, disputes regarding breach of contract, business plan development, and business organization and formation.
