Extremely knowledgeable and made a stressful situation almost not stressful at all.
I set up two different consultations and I chose Ms. Bachman, because of her knowledge and that she was very personable. I liked that she was not condescending or judgemental. This process can make you feel like a failure, but with her guidance, she makes sure to ease those feelings.
