I am very grateful and pleased to recommend David D. Naples, Jr., Esq., of Naples & Spence. David’s professionalism, areas of expertise, and easy going temperament were evident upon our first meeting and continues to this day. My personal circumstances had changed, and it was necessary to update ...my 1995 Will and Powers of Attorney. David Naples was recommended by my friend, a financial planner. David’s legal estate planning knowledge and skillful nonjudgemental counsel relaxed me during the sensitive and personal question and answer sessions. David’s patience was especially evident when answering my many and sometimes multi-layered questions. He quickly and cheerfully made the few changes requested, even when I had changed my mind again, after I got home from our meeting. In my opinion, my new 2017 Estate Plan experience with David exceeded my expectations and his service fees were reasonable.

Great lawyer and person of good character

Dave established our trust. He is detail oriented, capable, professional, competent, and proficient. He looked out for our interests and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. He is a good, trustworthy man with a great heart and outstanding character.
