If I could give David 6 stars I would, but I guess 5 will be suffice! I hired David after I was denied unemployment by my former employer. I had never hired a lawyer for anything in my life and after I was denied unemployment I wasn't sure what to do. After getting in contact with David's office he... took me through the steps, so that way I would understand exactly what would be going on. I hired Mr. Mullen for an expungement case. Though it took a small amount of time to get going on the case, once the paperwork was in and it was time to get down to business, Mr. Mullen was extremely responsive and helpful in moving forward and making sure I was represented well. With nearly a week b...efore the court date, he even checked in with the court to make sure that I had everything and found that I had missed turning in an information packet that they had sent to my old house.
