Self employed business owner was being sued, personally, by a credit card company for a credit card provided to his business when his business was still operating. In the lawsuit, he was personally ... named, yet he never personally signed any documents agreeing to personally guarantee for charges on this credit card. I responded with an Answer and Demand for Discovery, requesting documents supporting the allegations that my client is personally responsible for this debt. They were unable to find such documentation (because none existed), and the case was withdrawn.
