Representing husband on weapon and drug charges

Have no clue on whats going on with my husband case. My husband has written several letters to David and he wont respond back. The office always say he's in court, but when you go to the office he's there. You ask him what's going on he seems like everything is in control until court date it something d...ifferent.I hired David because he responded to an email that i posted, he seemed concern.Am trying to be patient, but its fustrating. He should know something by now.Sometime i wonder do they care or just for the money.I think a court appointed lawyer would do better.

Disbarment issued in NC, 2013

updated on 03/10/2014

Disbarment is the most serious penalty for a lawyer. If this attorney is currently practicing law, you should contact the North Carolina State Bar to understand the reasons for disbarment.

Censure issued in NC, 2012

updated on 01/27/2013

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
