David Jovan Calevski

I hired Attorney David Calevski to represent my daughter in a case that should have never been lost since there was absolutely "NO" evidence or absolutely "NO" "PROOF" she did anything wrong! "She was a victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time" I guess the true statement would be "Lov...e and Devotion" put her in the wrong place at the wrong time! However the prosecutor argued "Deception" put her there. Although Attorney Calevski along with his Uncle Attorney Michael Puterbaugh had all the evidence they need to argue the case to prove reasonable doubt, for whatever reason to put it short and sweet they threw her under the bus! Not to mention although I hired Attorney Calevski at the last minute he ask us if his Uncle could come on as co-counsel for no extra cost but just his knowledge. I mean how stupid would we be if we did not say yes! After all two Attorney's are better than one, right???? WRONG... Those two attorneys landed my daughter in jail for 9 months, 3-Years Probation when she gets out, and a Felony 3 on her record! Please note my daughter is 32 years old with NO prior records! I might add although I paid Attorney Calevski $4,000.00 to represent her he never once stood up in the courtroom to cross exam anyone or nor did he over rule any comment by prosecution! He left his Uncle do it all or should I say put her away!!!! That is what hiring either of these two will do for you so don't let the 25 years experience plus fool you! Don't get me wrong they talk a good game until game time is on!!!! I am not even sure there wasn't some kind of buddy system going on behind closed doors at lunch between defense and prosecution since OUR so called attorneys seem to wave the white flag after they began the trail after lunch! And we all know our justice system...especially in some counties and we happen to live in one of those! Everyone talks about how they line each others pockets!! That is why I chose to hire someone out side the county but like zombies I think they had been bitten too!!! I hear tell they were like two beaten puppies with their tails between their legs who basically did nothing on cross examination. They had one year to prepare for this trail and do you know who did all the leg work? Lets just say it wasn't them. If you are ask to give them a life summary I would suggest not to take your valuable time like I did I suggest you make them work for that $4,000.00 or whatever they charge you. Attorney Calevski might have meet with us four time in one year for approximately 1 hour at a time..... Not bad money huh? $1000.00 an hour? You have them meet you every time they need something and make them use that legal pad and pen!!!! After all that is what you pay them for and at least if you lose which you mostly likely will if you use this Attorney then at least you know they worked for it! Last but not least I would not recommend bring his Uncle or hiring his uncle Michael Randall Puterbaugh! Out of the four meetings we had with Attorney Calevski he only showed up for two and he did not have the decency after turning over a conviction to show up for the sentencing hearing!!!!!! These two are not worthy!!!!! Trust me!!!! My only good suggestion would be if he is such a "great" Corporate Attorney then he should consider doing what he is good at and not take on being a defense attorney. I did not pay for Attorney Michael Randall Puterbaugh to represent my daughter I paid for David Jovan Calevski to represent my daughter!!!! They stole me blind.... talk about "Theft by Deception".
