Daniel Hari Vaswani

I was involved in a car accident and the police found an empty container in my car. I was charged with a DUI and that's when I met Daniel over at Red Metric Law. The whole staff over there was really nice. Daniel explained all the details of the laws surrounding my case and explained the potential ou...tcomes. He really knew what he was doing, I was able to present my accolades and show that I am a productive member of society- I just made a mistake. All in all, it was a learning experience and I'm glad Daniel was there to help me through it all.

I was charged with a drug offense at the end of 2017 (literally, it was New Years eve.) and that's when I met Daniel. I was really upset because I had just passed a licensing exam and was about to start a new job. I didn't know how to disclose anything regarding my case to my employer. Luckily, I bro...ught up my fears with Daniel and he wow he knew everything about the repercussions of a drug charge. He was able to tell me about how the licensing board would react in all the possible potential results of my case. He told me to what extent I had to disclose information to my employer, I mean the guy knew EVERYTHING. I was so relieved after talking to him. If I ever had a question he would get right back to me. Couldn't have asked for more, really glad I met Daniel.

I met Mr. Vaswani a couple years ago, he helped me with a few legal matters I was facing at the time. He took the time to thoroughly discuss the issues at hand, which I really respected and appreciated. I referred him to a family member and a few friends because I knew this guy was legit. Really good... guy.

I met Daniel after I was charged with larceny in 2017. My roommate moved out and left a few of her things behind, when I moved out a few days later I took them because I didn't think she wanted them. Anyway, her dad is a lawyer and I was charged with larceny. I tried getting her things back to her to...o!! I knew it was mostly because we never got a long and this was her way of getting back at me. I was very stressed out and pissed off, frankly. I told Daniel the whole story and he understood my frustrations. He was able to somehow workout an understanding that if I returned the items through an intermediary, that all charges would be dropped. So that's what happen! The whole incident was just unnecessary, stressful drama! I'm just glad I had Daniel to help me through it.

I got a traffic ticket last year and decided to go with Red Metric Law. Other attorney's I called seemed like they didn't want to deal with a traffic ticket but a lawyer at Red Metric said they could help me out. After I met with Daniel in person I knew I had made a good decision. He took the time to... go through the ins and outs of my traffic violation, I mean he really knew everything about my driving history, the situation at hand and how he was going to proceed. In the end my case was dismissed and no points were tacked onto my record!
