You won't find a nicer lawyer. I talked to Daniel for almost 45 minutes before hiring him and he didn't bring up charging me or anything. I didn't have to pay anything up front and I signed up for a monthly auto pay plan. He handled my case very professionally and always took the time to explain ...everything to me. I met Daniel after I was charged with assaulting my son. Some people were helping me with a project when authorities showed up & decided to charge me with assault on the basis of emotional distress and insinuating violence or some bullcrap. Daniel was able to see the situation for what it really was ...and got my charges dismissed. Even though I'm still making payments to him, I'm forever grateful for how he helped me.
