I met Daniel after I was charged with assaulting my son. Some people were helping me with a project when authorities showed up & decided to charge me with assault on the basis of emotional distress and insinuating violence or some bullcrap. Daniel was able to see the situation for what it really was ...and got my charges dismissed. Even though I'm still making payments to him, I'm forever grateful for how he helped me. He's very intelligent and knows what he's doing in the courtroom. My son and I have a very different relationship now but shoot I still give him money too and he still says he loves me (and I believe him some times!)

I was involved in an unfortunate situation with the police after a neighbor called the police on my boyfriend and I because we were having an argument. I was arrested and charged with domestic battery (my boyfriend had some scratches on his face). It was a horrific ordeal to go through, embarrassing ...to say the least. About 5 years ago, I made the poor decision of robbing someone with my gun. In the process I struck them so I was charged with larceny, assault with a deadly weapon, I mean the whole gamut. As soon as I was caught, I knew they were going to throw the book at me. I remembered this lawyer guy my friend... was talking about a few months back, I gave him a call and that's how I came into contact with Daniel. This guy really fought for me. He learned about all my past crimes and learned about this whole situation I was currently in down to the last detail. I respect the man so much because even with all that, he was able to see good in me- he told me I was a good guy who had made some bad decisions. He shifted my whole perspective and he got me a much better deal than I ever thought I was going to get. I still check in with Daniel every once in a while these days and he's always happy to hear I got my life back on track.
