Daniel Hari Vaswani

Met Daniel a couple years ago after I was raided by the ATF. Found out I was just one the dozens of people they were conducting sting operations on. I was charged with several felonies and had to appear in federal court. That's where Daniel comes in, this guy had my back. From the instant we started ...talking I could tell he knew the details of my case inside and out. He told me how we had to play this a little differently because it was a federal cased and reassured me I was in good hands. Sure enough, after a lengthy process, my charges were reduced to misdemeanors (I wasn't trafficking guns!) and eventually just probation. I really thank Daniel for representing me, he fought hard for me in federal court which actually made me a bit emotional- I mean this guy really stood up for me. Can't thank him enough.

I met Mr. Vaswani after being charged with a DUI, I knew I was in trouble because at the time I had not become a citizen yet. Mr. Vaswani got me in touch with an immigration attorney and they coordinated a way to help me deal with my DUI charge as well as continue my process of becoming a citizen. Mr.... Vaswani helped me so much, I can't thank him enough! He also is an immigrant so he knew where I was coming from. I told mi familia to go to him too!

I went to Red Metric Law after being charged with assault and battery. I was running with the wrong crowd and I finally got caught doing the stupid stuff we were usually up to. During the process of my case and meetings with Daniel, I really grew as a person and reprioritized my life. He's a good guy.... I respect how he's able to understand different perspectives. Daniel helped me out after I got caught driving with a suspended license. I didn't even know I couldn't be driving because my first lawyer didn't explain it to me! Luckily I went to Daniel after that and he was able to make sure the penalization wasn't too harsh because I had been attending my AA mee...tings and following all the other guidelines. He's a great guy that knows his way around.
