San Mateo DUI charge reduced to wet reckless

I got charged with DUI out in San Mateo while I was out with my friends celebrating a birthday. I decided I was the most sober of the group so started driving to where we were going to have dinner. My night was ruined once we got pulled over and the cops noticed I had been drinking. I was taken to th...e drunk tank and charged with a DUI. I called Red Metric the next day because they had helped my cousin a couple years ago. I went into their office and met Daniel (who I had heard about from my cousin) and he explained everything to me. It took a while but he was able to get my case reduced to a wet reckless.

Mr. Vaswani is the best DUI lawyer in the bay. He's also very nice and professional. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a wet reckless. He ensured I could continue to work during the whole process by getting me a restricted license. Great guy

Worked hard on my behalf, took care of me as a client

Daniel really works wonders. I was charged with a DUI as well as another charge for having an excessively high blood alcohol level. I went in and met Daniel and he gave me tons of advice including attending AA and not to worry so much. I really appreciated his reassurance. He handled both the DMV hea...rings as well as the criminal court hearings. Daniel got me a restricted license first, then he was able to make sure my license didn't get suspended. Really respect the guy, I recommend him.

great dui lawyer

Daniel really helped me through a tough situation. Getting a DUI was a shock to me and I didn't know what was going to happen. Luckily Daniel explained everything to me and handled everything for me. I was able to get back to my life. Gotta go to this place if you get a DUI
