Daniel Hari Vaswani

I met Daniel after I was charged with assaulting my son. Some people were helping me with a project when authorities showed up & decided to charge me with assault on the basis of emotional distress and insinuating violence or some bullcrap. Daniel was able to see the situation for what it really was ...and got my charges dismissed. Even though I'm still making payments to him, I'm forever grateful for how he helped me. He's very intelligent and knows what he's doing in the courtroom. My son and I have a very different relationship now but shoot I still give him money too and he still says he loves me (and I believe him some times!)

Met Daniel after I was charged with a DUI. Intelligent individual, he helped me with the DMV aspect as well as the criminal charges. Explains things well. The prices were fair. I got a great attorney and didn't feel over charged. It was a long process but he helped me get back on track and back on th...e road. I was involved in an unfortunate situation with the police after a neighbor called the police on my boyfriend and I because we were having an argument. I was arrested and charged with domestic battery (my boyfriend had some scratches on his face). It was a horrific ordeal to go through, embarrassing ...to say the least. Even though my boyfriend told the police not to arrest me, it was too late. After I was released, we hired Red Metric Law after a google search and that's when I met Daniel. Daniel was very understanding of the situation I felt like he was nonjudgemental- I actually felt like he understood completely how things just got out of hand. Fortunately, with the help of Daniel, the charges were dropped eventually. I thank Daniel for his guidance and support through a very tough time.

Daniel helped me out after I got caught driving with a suspended license. I didn't even know I couldn't be driving because my first lawyer didn't explain it to me! Luckily I went to Daniel after that and he was able to make sure the penalization wasn't too harsh because I had been attending my AA mee...tings and following all the other guidelines. He's a great guy that knows his way around.
