Daniel Hari Vaswani

Daniel helped me out after the police kept stopping me taking my anxiety medications. They said I couldn't have diazepam, tramadol or hydrocodone without a prescription.. they always do me like that! I also got caught with my nina and it was loaded too so I was hella scared bc I was not trying to go ...to jail. Daniel talked to the people or whatever so I was able to do some programs, now I don't even need those drugs I'm good. I still check in with Daniel sometimes to let him know I'm staying out of trouble and leaving my nine at home. He's a good dude, hella smart!

I met Daniel after I was pulled over and subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. I was incredibly frustrated, worried and stressed out. Looking back, it would have been an extremely unpleasant experience if I had not hired Daniel to work his magic. He helped a lot with that frustration, ...worry and stress by explaining what steps had to be taken with the courts as well as the DMV. This took a huge weight off of my shoulders and allowed me to get back to my life. In the end, it was reduced to a wet and reckless. Daniel is extremely professional, intelligent and works magic in the Alameda court system!!

Met Daniel a couple years ago after I was raided by the ATF. Found out I was just one the dozens of people they were conducting sting operations on. I was charged with several felonies and had to appear in federal court. That's where Daniel comes in, this guy had my back. From the instant we started ...talking I could tell he knew the details of my case inside and out. He told me how we had to play this a little differently because it was a federal cased and reassured me I was in good hands. Sure enough, after a lengthy process, my charges were reduced to misdemeanors (I wasn't trafficking guns!) and eventually just probation. I really thank Daniel for representing me, he fought hard for me in federal court which actually made me a bit emotional- I mean this guy really stood up for me. Can't thank him enough.
