Daniel Hari Vaswani

Met Daniel a couple years ago after I was raided by the ATF. Found out I was just one the dozens of people they were conducting sting operations on. I was charged with several felonies and had to appear in federal court. That's where Daniel comes in, this guy had my back. From the instant we started ...talking I could tell he knew the details of my case inside and out. He told me how we had to play this a little differently because it was a federal cased and reassured me I was in good hands. Sure enough, after a lengthy process, my charges were reduced to misdemeanors (I wasn't trafficking guns!) and eventually just probation. I really thank Daniel for representing me, he fought hard for me in federal court which actually made me a bit emotional- I mean this guy really stood up for me. Can't thank him enough.

Hired Daniel after I was charged with evading police and reckless driving. He's a cool dude, told me what I had to do to better my chances of getting the charges reduced. I met Daniel after I was charged with assaulting my son. Some people were helping me with a project when authorities showed up & decided to charge me with assault on the basis of emotional distress and insinuating violence or some bullcrap. Daniel was able to see the situation for what it really was ...and got my charges dismissed. Even though I'm still making payments to him, I'm forever grateful for how he helped me. He's very intelligent and knows what he's doing in the courtroom. My son and I have a very different relationship now but shoot I still give him money too and he still says he loves me (and I believe him some times!)

I went to Red Metric Law after being charged with assault and battery. I was running with the wrong crowd and I finally got caught doing the stupid stuff we were usually up to. During the process of my case and meetings with Daniel, I really grew as a person and reprioritized my life. He's a good guy.... I respect how he's able to understand different perspectives. I'm always going to this guy regarding any legal troubles.
