I was charged with a DUI, resisting arrest and lying to an officer. I had made a very stupid decision, I decided to drive after taking drugs (mushrooms, MDMA) and smoking weed. I caused a 5 car accident (minor damage to all vehicles) and when the police came I was high and said I wasn't driving. The ...whole experience was horrible, I remember being put in a strait-jacket because I was punching and kicking at the cops. When I got out I found Red Metric through Yelp. Daniel is a great attorney. I had made the mistake of falling asleep in my car on the side of the road and the police showed up. I was still intoxicated and didn't even notice I had left a bottle of Corona in the cupholder. I even refused to take a breathalyzer until they got a warrant to take my blo...od. Daniel really helped me after I was charged with my 4th DUI. I had lost all hope and knew I was in big trouble. Daniel fought for me though.
