In 2017, I was cited for a traffic violation and when I found out a point may be added to my record I was inclined to hire a lawyer. I decided to do this because I didn't want my insurance rates to change and I prefer keeping my driving record clean. I shopped around for lawyers but didn't want one t...o just my case on the back-burner just because it was only a traffic violation. I had gotten charged with a DUI and possession of a controlled substance. I was extremely upset because I really did not know I had consumed alcohol and I was carrying drugs because I had to do so for my job. I drank some herbal supplement that I didn't know contained 12% alcohol and I was getting ri...d of drugs because my job as a drug counselor requires me to do so (I never considered my company didn't train us to follow proper protocol while destroying drugs.) I made my situation worse by yelling at the police because I was so upset. Daniel really helped me by working out a way that I didn't need an interlock device and all my charges were reduced to misdemeanors. I was able to continue working and providing for my family. Daniel got my DUI reduced to a wet reckless which I was really happy with because I had fallen asleep at the wheel and what not. Somebody had called the cops on me because SUPPOSEDLY I had almost hit some cars. My alcohol levels wasn't very high so Daniel did his thing and my charges were reduced to ...a wet reckless. I really owe him for everything because I was able to continue driving during the whole ordeal. He helped me notify my employer that I had gotten a misdemeanor wet reckless, he's an intelligent, personable individual.

When I was released from prison, I did an online search and decided to call Red Metric because of their Yelp page. I had a consultation with Daniel and knew immediately I wanted him representing me. Daniel kept me out jail by showing the judge I was a contributing member for society, I had a full-tim...e job and a family. Daniel recommended I attend AA regularly and I started to do so, which changed my life. I've been sober for a long time now and I attribute a lot of my current well-being to the life changing experience of getting a 3rd DUI and my interactions with Daniel. Thank you for everything sir.
