They really saved our home

My husband and I have tried to work with Wells Fargo for more than 2 years, sending in everything they asked for over and over, only to be told time and time again it wasn't received or lost . We got a letter threatening to foreclose on us and take our house so we started looking for an attorney. W...e found Domenick and a few others on the internet and narrowed it down after talking to some others. Once we decided things started happening quickly, we talked to Dan Domenick and our local attorney and lots of the staff, Mike and Kelsy kept us updated and Stephanie was on top of things. It wasn't fast , and I only talked to the attorneys once or twice a month after the first month, but the sale was postponed and we did sue our bank and that got us a great offer. At the end of the day we got our principal reduced by almost $40,000 , payment lowered and mortgage active again. We didn't have to pay some of the fees and never went into foreclosure. By the time we signed the final paperwork it was almost 5 full months but it was worth it. We actually did better than we thought or Domenick said might happen when we started. We are very happy and thankful and recommend Domenick to anyone who has had to go through this terrible process.

Predatory lending.

Hired DLG in June 2014 through project relief group . So far no results from what was supposed take 30 days to initiate. Project relief group gave me information we are now finding out is false as DLG says my documented emails from them are false. Does not help me as I now do not know what the co...st is going to be because what I was led to believe was false information. Paying monthly with a 4 - 6 mo. estimated time frame to complete. Now on the 3rd month with no papers filed on my behalf. I am only writing this because my concerns and complaints have gone unanswered. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. My most recent payment did not clear as I have given them $7,000.00 so far with no explanation of progress to date which I have been asking for an update for over a month but keep being told they will get back to me.

satisfied client

I hired Dan and his firm to help with my bank and home loan. I had been scammed before by a California company that claimed to be attorneys, and I never spoke with an attorney, paid almost $4000 and got nothing done. I told Dan Domenick this up front, and he took the time to explain how I could try ...to recover some of my money. he also took the time to review my problem with on the phone before I ever paid him a dime. I checked on this site and his web site had a link to his bar record. He knew more than anyone else I talked to. I still was unsure but took the chance and am glad I did. His staff was honest and fair with me, and even though they asked for a ton of paperwork and records, they were patient with me. Sarah scheduled my first call with my Dan and my attorney here in Colorado and we talked every couple weeks. I had many questions as the process dragged on and Stephanie was usually prompt returning my calls, most of the time the next day. I also worked with Mike and Kelsy who checked up on me almost every week. They told me that the case usually takes 4 to 6 months and they were pretty accurate. the suit wasn't filed for about 6 weeks, a couple more than they estimated in the beginning, but I got to save my house, my loan is now back to active and I can afford my payment. I didn't get any payment from the bank for all they did to me, but they did wipe out some of the balance of the loan and the fees and late charges, more than I paid Domenick. Bottom line i got what I asked for and am happy with everything they did for me.

Got it Done!

I had been through 3 different "loan modification lawyers", and wasted thousands of dollars with no results. I finally found attorney Domenick through an advertising website called mortgagereliefproject.org, and one of their reps set me up with a consultation with attorney Domenick. In the end, I w...as able keep my home and ended up with the results I had been looking for. If you have wasted your time on loan mods without getting what you wanted, I would try attorney Domenick.
