Litigation Review

I hired Dan Domenick's firm to try to rectify my mortgage issues and help save my home. I was told through Mortgage Relief Project I had a case for litigation. After my case was approved, the case started quickly. I submitted all the requested documents and information and they did the rest. It t...ook about 6 months to get a settlement with my lender. I am just glad all of this is behind me now.

REVIEW

The only things that DLG did in my case was paper work for a loan mod and took without ever stopping the foreclosure process through litigation. As of right now DLG only put my house within one day of auction with no action from DLG to stop anything or that this case was only frivolous law suit (how... could an attorney firm be pride of that, unless it was a scam to take money from vulnerable home owners). If I had not taken action on my own, the house would have been sold all ready ( when I have documented emails sent to DLG requesting that the sale date be stop a month in advance) . I had never been told anything about the case at any point without call and asking myself. I was never told we have a good case, or a bad case, or some plan of attack and, if any audits where ever done on my behalf and or results to them (as stated in the signed documents). DLG only work on a modification with the lender, and I got that from a couple of MODIFICATION companies here local caLIFORNIA, with the same results no modification and closer to losing my house , the documents I signed where for litigation from DLG and that all other action would be stop "I was told that" by your representative (Mike Thomson) and written in the retainer doc's, that a suit would be filed and a stay would be in affect (true litigation companies do).

Thank You For Saving My Home

Hired the firm to help with trying to save my home. I almost did not because I thought it was a lost cause and have hired other firms with no results. Finally!!! Thanks to Dan his staff, I was able to get something in place that allowed me to keep the home with terms I could live with and made sen...se. The only goal that was not met was getting rid of my lender which they said was not possible from the start. I no longer have the stress of not knowing if I was going to lose my home.

They really saved our home

My husband and I have tried to work with Wells Fargo for more than 2 years, sending in everything they asked for over and over, only to be told time and time again it wasn't received or lost . We got a letter threatening to foreclose on us and take our house so we started looking for an attorney. W...e found Domenick and a few others on the internet and narrowed it down after talking to some others. Once we decided things started happening quickly, we talked to Dan Domenick and our local attorney and lots of the staff, Mike and Kelsy kept us updated and Stephanie was on top of things. It wasn't fast , and I only talked to the attorneys once or twice a month after the first month, but the sale was postponed and we did sue our bank and that got us a great offer. At the end of the day we got our principal reduced by almost $40,000 , payment lowered and mortgage active again. We didn't have to pay some of the fees and never went into foreclosure. By the time we signed the final paperwork it was almost 5 full months but it was worth it. We actually did better than we thought or Domenick said might happen when we started. We are very happy and thankful and recommend Domenick to anyone who has had to go through this terrible process.

Predatory lending.

Hired DLG in June 2014 through project relief group . So far no results from what was supposed take 30 days to initiate. Project relief group gave me information we are now finding out is false as DLG says my documented emails from them are false. Does not help me as I now do not know what the co...st is going to be because what I was led to believe was false information. Paying monthly with a 4 - 6 mo. estimated time frame to complete. Now on the 3rd month with no papers filed on my behalf. I am only writing this because my concerns and complaints have gone unanswered. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. My most recent payment did not clear as I have given them $7,000.00 so far with no explanation of progress to date which I have been asking for an update for over a month but keep being told they will get back to me.
