He/ his Law Firm was hired bu us Benjamin & Angelina Guzman to Stop Foreclosure. He FAILED! He was then allegedly pursuig a Reverse Sale Suit against Bank/Lender. He FAILED! He was allegedly Stopping EVICTION, but, apparrently just ABANDONED us completely! We have ben trying to call him/his offic...e, but get no responses!!! We have concluded that He just collects large monthly RETAINER, but does nothing to protect our intetests! SCAM ARTIST! Stay away from this unethical CROOK!

I have been a client of Daniel Domenick since December 2014. I have paid him $21,995 and can no longer reach him or any of his contacts. Nothing has been done to protect my wife and me from foreclosure. I am four months behind on my mortgage payments today because I always paid Mr. Domenick first,... with nothing left for mortgage payments. I was counting on Mr. Domenick to file a claim on my behalf several months ago. My phone calls are going unanswered and my emails are being returned as "undeliverable." Has anybody seen my attorney?

there is not enough space in this post to explain what man and his Law firm has done to my family, he knows I am a former Marine who served this country with honors. And this is the post of his night mares. lost over 20,000 dollars in one year of monthly payment. he filed no motions, never hired the ...out of state local counselor, never defended me against the opposing attorneys, never respond to hearing date, my home was sold and now my family has filed for bankruptcy.

I hired Dan Domenick's firm to try to rectify my mortgage issues and help save my home. I was told through Mortgage Relief Project I had a case for litigation. After my case was approved, the case started quickly. I submitted all the requested documents and information and they did the rest. It t...ook about 6 months to get a settlement with my lender. I am just glad all of this is behind me now.
