Exceptional bankruptcy attorney
I hired the Ebert law firm for my wife and I's bankruptcy and was fortunate to have Carey Ebert represent us at our 341 meeting for our chapter 7. She is a chapter 7 trustee, she lectures at numerous continuing legal education seminars, and along with her husband David, maintains a busy law practice. Most impressively, she makes it all look easy."
"I have had the good fortune to know Ms. Ebert throughout most of my career. Aside from being an aggressive atttorney, Ms. Ebert is also an excellent Chapter 7 trustee whom I have had the honor to represent in a commercial bankruptcy. Carey's dedication to our profession and the bankruptcy community is without equal."
"I endorse this lawyer.I knew Carey in her capacity as the president of The National Association Of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and as a private attorney. Carey did a speldid job representing thousands of consumer attorneys who were members of NACBA. I also had the pleasure of working with Carey on complicted bankruptcy cases that I referred to her when my clients moved from Buffalo to Texas. She is a brilliant. well organized attorney with the highest level of integrity. We have also lectured together at NACBA conferences. Her lectures are well attended and get rave reviews. She is the ultimate professional."
