Jim Nguyen

Jim Nguyen established his law practice in Personal Injury, which accurately reflects his values and upbringing. Strongly influenced by his parents who immigrated to the U.S. to escape the Vietnam War, Jim’s values instill hard work and compassion. It is also from these values where Jim’s passion for helping others inspired him to become a lawyer.

Jim graduated from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law and began as a defense attorney at Callahan, Thompson, Sherman & Caudill, one of California’s most successful insurance defense firms. While at CTSC, he learned firsthand how insurance companies operate. The knowledge Jim gained now allows him to better assist clients in formulating exceptional strategies for each case. Whether it is a settlement or jury trial, Jim is committed to providing the best representation for all his clients.
