We found Jeff Ochrach on this website, after laboring through several months with another attorney and dispiriting results. We decided to call Jeff after reading his uniformly glowing reviews. As it happens, those reviews were spot on, and he is every bit as good as his reviews led us to expect. Jef...f was simply superb from start to finish. He represented us in a complex and emotionally draining elder financial abuse suit, ultimately an outgrowth of severe family dysfunction. Jeff was always direct, but at the same time compassionate and reassuring, with a gentle humor that put us at ease instantly. Our entire case was conducted via phone calls and emails from our home on the east coast, and his flawless preparation and execution saved us from multiple (and expensive) cross-country court appearances. As our case wound its way through the legal system, Jeff was on top of every development, knew exactly the right questions to ask, and kept us fully apprised of progress. At the same time he provided opposing counsel just enough information to assure him he was in for a bruising legal battle, without tipping our hand. At each juncture of the case, opposing counsel offered to settle, and the settlement amounts lowered progressively until they finally dropped the case entirely. That saved us the time and costs of travel as well as the entire expense of litigating in court. But equally important, it saved us the stress and emotional drain of a bitter court battle. A case that could potentially have cost us close to a million dollars was finally settled for no damages. And finally, no amount of praise for the Ochrach Law Group would be complete without mentioning his office manager Denise. She was unfailingly efficient, responsive and professional. But at the same time, she was kind and understanding with clients who were emotionally stressed and very unsure of our legal footing. She fielded numerous questions during times Jeff was in court or otherwise unavailable, and knew precisely which questions needed to be passed on. The rest she would answer for us on the spot, further saving us time and money. She was the icing on the cake of a very satisfying outcome. We hope to never again need this kind of legal expertise, but there is absolutely no doubt who we would call – the Ochrach Law Group!
