Excellent work!
Mr. Sipe represented me in my divorce case. We went all the way to the judge and I got the best outcome that I could have hoped for. I am very satisfied with my representation!

Not happy with his work
Brian was late to both hearings and I was not prepped well at a short hearing that ended up being a formal custody hearing. He did not have questions ready for cross examinations and allowed opposing counsel to bring in surprise witnesses without notice to a short hearing. He's nice but I would spe...

Replied last March 17, 2021I am sorry that you were unhappy with the outcome of your case. It is impossible to guarantee the outcome of any family law case. However, I was never late to any hearings and I always challenge any witnesses that are not subpoenaed properly. If your case is the one that I suspect it was, I challenged the use of the witness and was overruled by the judge on the grounds that the witness was being called only as a rebuttal witness against statements that you made in your testimony before the court. I was not late to this hearing. I wish you success in any family law issues that you have in the future.

Great Divorce Lawyer!
I had a smoother divorce than I expected with Mr. Sipe. He stood up for me in court and made sure that my rights were protected. He really fought for me!

Helped me get custody
I had a tough custody issue because my wife would not let me see my son. Sipe got me custody times. I could get through to him no problem on the phone. He was nice.
