Brian Glenn Becker

Attorney Brian G. Becker is the founder of Becker & Associates, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida. 

Following graduation from New York Law School, Mr. Becker worked in the General Counsel’s Office for the Latin America and Caribbean Headquarters of American Express in Miami Lakes, Florida. After leaving America Express, Mr. Becker worked for Montiel Davis & Fonte, P.A. in Miami, Florida and Ellis, Ged & Bodden, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida, concentrating his legal practice on Immigration and Corporate matters.

In 2009, Mr. Becker founded Becker & Associates, P.A. where he and his staff dedicate their time to helping protect clients’ legal rights, even in the most challenging situations.

Mr. Becker oversees the Firm’s Immigration matters including non-immigrant visa petitions (for investors, professional and non-professional workers), employment-based applications for permanent residency for persons of extraordinary ability, multinational executives and managers, professionals with advanced degrees, investors and other workers.  He also handles family-based applications for permanent residency, deportation, political asylum, and other bases of relief including waivers for fraud, criminal acts, 3 and 10 years bars and cancellation of removal.

Possessing a unique combination of education and experience in Immigration Law, Mr. Becker has won cases which his colleagues have considered “no-win” situations and has earned him a reputation as one of the best in the industry.

Brian G. Becker is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.  He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Broward County and Southern Palm Beach County Bar Associations, the American Bar Association and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. He is fluent in Spanish, pens a weekly column on various Immigration topics for El Sentinel (the Spanish edition of The Sun Sentinel) and frequently writes articles for other publications.  Mr. Becker is also active in Hispanic Unity of Florida and appears on radio and television programs to give his expert opinions and advice on various Immigration issues.
