In a nutshell, Wendy genuinely cares! For me, that is the most important quality in a lawyer. In 11 years of escalating custody battle, I have been through 3 lawyers and numerous “Initial consultations”. Wendy was the first lawyer I met that I truly felt was about me, my children, and my case, not ...the money. The very 1st night after our first case review meeting, I had the best night’s sleep I have had in years. From the start, Wendy organized and prioritized my case and helped me to focus on what is best for the children and sort and ignore the peripheral. She also helped build my confidence by reducing fear and risk factors inherent in a custody battle. I do not believe my case could have gone better, and my children are happier and safer thanks to her.

When I was looking for an attorney to represent me in family court I got to admit I was a bit nervous and anxious only because I knew my case wasn't going to be easy, so I knew I had to get someone that was empathetic, showed interest in my case, someone who was knowledgeable, passionate, but still a...ggressive when needed to be and that was exactly what I found with Wendy. At the end of my trial I almost got exactly what I had asked for but with my case just about done I only had one more hearing left then something unexpectedly happened that would change the whole outcome of things. Before we can reach the hearing the mother of my children passed away unexpectedly, this turned mine and my children's whole world upside down as I never imagined this happening like it did, it was an unexpected circumstance that changed the status of my case and the life of me and my children. Despite some differences me and the mother of my children had this was not the outcome I wanted and was in shock and disbelief, I was completely torn apart with the whole situation. Wendy took time to call me as soon as she found out to give me her condolences and showed the utmost care and support as well as her staff. With much compassion and understanding they helped me through the sudden changes and got me through my entire case. Although I wish things could have ended differently and the mother of my children was still here, Wendy and her staff's hard work will not go unnoticed. Wendy thank you for the hard work you and your staff put in to get us almost all that we asked for in our case. You even made several attempts to settle our case before going to trial. Your office is full of amazing, helpful people that answered all my questions in a timely fashion. By following your... staffs advice we were even able to keep our fees as low as possible. I had a very difficult and long case, and Wendy handled it with the utmost professionalism, knowledge and dedication. Wendy and her staff were very responsive to me and my questions and responded to all necessary court requirements. In court, Wendy was fantastic as her long experience would suggest... and demonstrated her clear understanding of family law, and she examined each witness to maximum effect. My Judge was very difficult, and due to Wendy's excellent representation I was given sole decision making and extremely fair parenting time.
