Never in a million years did I ever think I would need a defense attorney; however, life doesn't always go as planned. After being arrested for DUI at a checkpoint, I knew I needed an attorney, but was overwhelmed with the task of choosing one. I contacted a friend who is a private investigator, and ...after putting some feelers out, Tony Valente was named as the best defense attorney in the Coachella Valley. I immediately contacted Tony, who agreed to meet with me the same day; which I believe was either a Sunday, holiday. Tony enthusiastically greeted me as I entered his office, took the time to listen to my explanation of the events which led to my arrest, ask important questions, and told me he would do everything he could to help me. He and his partner, Emily, were both extremely honest and knowledgeable about the law, and always kept me informed as to the goings-on of my case. Mr. Valente is the best attorney I could've asked for he has not only helped me with my case but he has also helped me become a better person. On my case, I was supposed to be sent to prison for 6 years and his goal was to prevent that and get a lighter sentence, we've had a few close calls but Mr. V...alente was always fighting for me and not once did he let me down. He went out of his way to help me so much and in the end it was all worth it because I did get a lighter sentence and everyone was happy, im grateful Mr. Valente has helped me, he's the best in my point of view.
