also known as Ann Diepenbrock
As a third-generation lawyer whose family has been licensed to practice law in California for over 100 years, I grew up in a lawyer’s household. My childhood was filled with discussions of the law, the legal profession, and a deep-seated concern for clients’ best interests. Identified as having “lawyer skills” from a young age, there was no doubt that I would follow the family profession.
I have represented all manner of clients—from individuals, to regional utilities, to the nation’s largest banks, and the world’s largest retailers—and everything in between, for their litigation needs. I practice in the areas of civil and probate litigation, and my clients can rely on me for informed, measured, and forthright advice and top-notch legal work.
I graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2006, where I competed in regional, national, and international mock trial competitions, most-notably winning the 2005 ABA Labor & Employment Trial Advocacy Competition in Los Angeles and placing second at the 2006 ABA/John Marshall International Criminal Trial Advocacy Competition in Chicago. I was admitted to practice law in California in 2006 and Ohio in 2007, and have been admitted to the federal bar for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California.

Simply top notch!
Ann listened earnestly to my situation, which I was unsure was likely to be solved. My case was unusual--my husband passed away before our marriage documents were completed. She believed there was hope, and went straight to work researching to find a resolution. She did not dismiss the complexity of ...

Goes Above and Beyond
Don't let Ann's small stature fool you. She is a real tiger when it comes to the law and her clients. Ann studies hard and then fights hard. She reviewed a very complicated trust for us that another firm had written. Ann identified several errors that we were then able to correct. Actually, she ...
"Ann is an intelligent, caring, and dedicated lawyer. She knows the law and treats clients the way they deserve to be treated."
"It is always great to know a lawyer who honestly cares about their client and wants to treat that client with due respect and honesty. I have also reviewed her answers to Avvo posed questions and have found them to be very analytical and well thought out. I therefore endorse Attorney Eberts."
"Ann is an amazing attorney. Regardless of the issue, Ann will always provide you with new insight and results you need."
"Ann is an extremely smart, hard-working attorney. But, more than that, she does things the right way, treating everyone with class, dignity, and humor. If I had to choose one person to litigate for me--to be both my advocate and my personal representative to the world--Ann would be my first choice."
"Ann is a tireless advocate for her clients. She is thoughtful and passionate. You cannot go wrong having her in your corner."
