Giuliana Brockway

As Principal of Brockway Law, P.C. in Santa Rosa, California, my practice includes estate planning, wills and trusts, trust and estate litigation, trust and estate administration and probate matters. When a client walks in, sits down, and says, “I just want what's right,” that is my cue to stay quiet and keep listening. After all, expert advice is only as valuable as its relevance to the problem at hand. In my practice, the client comes first. My approach centers on compassion, candid communication, and strong advocacy. As a result, each individual receives sound legal counsel that is tailored precisely to their needs.
As a Santa Rosa native, I have deep roots in our community, and am proud to be raising my own family here. My young daughter has the benefit of a close knit Sonoma County family and my husband, a teacher, shares my passion for community involvement. Active participation in Rotary Club of Santa Rosa East and the Velo Fratello Cycling Team's support network gives me ongoing opportunities to advocate for local youth.
I am a cum laude graduate of Empire College School of Law, where I earned the Witkin Award for Constitutional Law. I also hold Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Spanish from the University of California, Davis.
Prior to establishing Brockway Law, P.C., I was a Partner with a Santa Rosa trust litigation practice serving clients throughout the United States.
I am a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section, the State Bar of California Trusts and Estates Section, and Sonoma County Women in Law. I have also been voted a Super Lawyers Top Rated Attorney Rising Star in 2017 and 2018.
