Andrew Speaker is deeply passionate about helping those who have been injured in an accident or lost a loved one due to someone else's negligence. Andrew H. Speaker, P.C. is a personal injury law firm that is based in Atlanta, Georgia and helps people throughout the state. He understands that after an accident occurs there is a team of attorneys and adjusters at the insurance company that are preparing to mount a defense and do everything they can to keep his clients from getting the compensation they deserve. Because of this he only accepts a limited number of cases every year. While some of the 'legal mills' that appear on tv will shuffle as many cases through the door as possible, this goes against Mr. Speaker's basic philosophy. You simply cannot adequately and fully prepare every case and give it the degree of attention it deserves if you have 100's of case files in the cabinets of your office. He specializes in helping people who have been seriously injured, and his dedication and efforts have resulted in phenomenal growth of the firm over the years. He understands that his clients are his best source of future referrals and works hard to give them the attention and results they deserve. The results are achieved by focusing all the firms resources to preparing the case for trial from the beginning. Mr. Speaker believes that you have to show the insurance companies you are willing to take the case to trial from the beginning in order to maximize the value.
