Andrew Szidak Pruitt

I thank him for not giving up on asking me questions if needed to be repeated, though I firmly answered. With his experience, he felt there to be more than what I answered. And, he was right. I just burried the memory deep in the dark cave. It took a physical visit to the sites of ugly memori...es to dig deep for me to finally burst in loud out crying like a child, to shatter off the thick walls that suppressed my painful memory, now when I needed to remember to seek my justice.. Drew asked me questions that are not for easy answers. I came from heavily suppressed family in culture of obeying to elders to be a good kid and catholic religion tells you all are your fault. As an immigrant from Korea, where not much have changed in such sense, I was doomed if abused within the family to definately keep in silence, not to shame the ancestors of the family name. Victims used to carry a little dagger to kill themselves when attacked, only in 1900s. And, he studied all that abusive and unchanged culture to become my true supporter from the heart. He told me that my case was unique, the abuser was within my immediate family, which ended up tearing the family up which I tried avoiding it all these years in silence. So, in some ways, I had to convince him to take my thinking as I knew the abusers in and out when he knew how court and law views to steer.. We both took time to actually listen each other out to complete the puzzle. "Being open minded" was the most important method of how we worked well together as a solid team. If he didn't ask me all the questions for me to process, and answering him became another process of healing as he allowed my analytical thinking work getting submerged under my painful emotion. That process got me to arise above and feeling okay finally without tapped into pain anymore.. Now looking back, he definitely became my counselor and guide in many ways than one, without his intension, or did he.. ^&^ I only wish all who seek their justice in law to have the best partner and counselor as I was lucky to have too.. ^&^ I reclaim MY FREEDOM & MYSELF with appreciation of all the hard and sincere work Andrew poured out!!

I was given Mr. Pruitts information from a diminished value specialist for some help on filling papers with the courts. He gave me the option to pay a fee for helping me upfront or a percentage at the end if I was awarded any funds. I chose to just pay upfront and all it did was left me with sleeples...s nights thinking of the other dealings with attorney's. I knew I made a huge mistake I received everything that was done for me for the case and I was never so wrong in my life. I couldn't believe the amount of work that was done in the preparation for the trial. He even went above and beyond to speak with me the day beforehand to get me ready for how the trial would go. Mr. Pruitt and his team has 150% changed my mind about attorney's. Later with the same case with the injury claim I just wanted to deal with the insurance company myself so it wouldn't get drug out but I guess i made them agree with the diminished value. I started looking for a local law firm that would take my case but after speaking to five of them for some reason no law firm would. I would have just phoned Booth Law but they are over 400 miles away and due to that I didn't think they could, wrong again. Mr. Pruitt was more than happy to help me with the injury claim. I went through what would be the normal questions with Mr. Pruitts Paralegal and let them go to work. I would get a phone call now and then from him or his office staff and always the first question was "how are you doing Mr. W" followed by the status of the case or a question or two. So professional and kind I thought Mr. Pruitt has only been doing this for a few months because of the way he handles people and their cases is unreal. The case settled out of court and Mr. Pruitt was able to receive a settlement for 20% more than what I had asked the insurance company for prior to asking Mr. Pruitt for help. Mr. Pruitt has completely changed my mind about attorney's. I will never try and just deal with it myself again. My first call will be to Booth Law or wherever Mr. Pruitt might be and if the case is something he doesn't deal with I will trust him to go in the direction he has advised. If this review form had 100 stars that's what he would get and not because the settlement because of him and his staff being so professional with everything. I can't thank you enough for everything Andrew.

To whomever should read this review in life I personally can say that Mr. Pruitt is a caring kind person that's very professional and would persue any task to help an individual out with their matters. I have worked and assisted with Drew on many cases, especially those involving sexual abuse and domestic violence.
