In my initial consultation with Andrew he listened carefully to my Issue (I was being pressured/threatened to sign a lowball settlement by the workers comp insurance rep). He was very honest and never sugar-coated anything about either my chances or the potential vagaries of the process etc. He responded promptly to any questions I had and moved things along as fast as possible despite things being burdened by the COVID slowdowns in the system. He even got the work comp folks to reimburse me for a rental car to get to the DIME and back (as they had picked a DIME doctor 50 miles away from me). In the end I ended up getting about 2 1/2 times the original offer that the insurance folks were trying to strongarm me into signing and did not have to waive all future rights to claim if I am reinjured in the future. I can easily say that hiring Andrew was the best decision I could have made and he got me the absolute best possible outcome.
