I was rear ended on 6th Ave. and suffered neck and back injuries. I was getting nowhere trying to deal with the other insurance and decided to go with Andrew based on his online reviews. Boy, am I glad I did! Andrew worked with their insurance and my Dr.'s to get me a fair settlement. I never would h...ave got everything covered without Andrew. He was great to work with, kept in touch with the status of my claim and got me paid. Highly recommend Andrew and his firm.

Andrew is a pretty down to earth guy. When he was switching law firms, he kept us up to date on our case, even though he was in the process of withdrawing. He was the only one who got back to us and referred us to another attorney. The previous firm he worked at failed to communicate with us or refer... us; leaving us to defend for our case alone, but he referred us after we requested it, and kept in touch with us. Even though he did withdraw from our case, he still was a well rounded attorney and we are glad he still showed concern in our case outcome. Andrew and his associates represented our family as part of a large scale lawsuit which included over 28 families in our community following a mismanaged controlled burn set by the state, in which there were lives were lost, homes and property destroyed, and personal trauma and injury on a wide scale.... This was not a class action lawsuit, but one with a number of lawyers representing the large number of clients and our differing losses and resulting impact.
