They did so without reviewing her claim for benefits and then, after being ... sued for those benefits, raised many frivolous legal defenses that were not based in facts of the case. We defeated AmFam's motion for summary judgment on those frivolous legal defenses and will proceed to trial.

Successfully litigated catastrophic property damage and personal injury claims of 16 homeowners in arbitration against the state of Colorado arising out of the state's negligence in causing the 2012 Lo ... wer North Fork wildfire, which killed three people and destroyed several clients' homes and land. After obtaining successful arbitration awards that the state's attorney general declined to pay, successfully passed a bill through the Colorado legislature to obtain payment for the original arbitration amount of over $10 million for his clients.
