Andrew Frederick Bruskin

I am taking some of my personal time on a weekend to write a raving review regarding Mr. Bruskin's representation and character. Andrew's representation was impeccably superb. I can't say enough good things about him--kind, innovative, smart. Even in stressful situations, he is very charming and f...unny. His integrity, honesty, reliability and trustworthiness are flawless. I would highly recommend.

I've known Andrew for over fifteen years and grew up with him. In 2014, I was a client of his when he represented me on a small legal matter. Throughout his representation of me, Andrew was a polished professional. He was a gentleman to everyone he spoke to. This hasn't changed at all. Andrew has... always been honest, transparent, hardworking and one of the NICEST human beings around. He is a stellar attorney.

I proudly write this review on behalf of Mr. Andrew Bruskin, whom I have the pleasure and privilege to know. I met Mr. Bruskin through a referral and did not know anything about him. However, I knew my referral spoke so highly of Mr. Bruskin that I had to meet him and see if he could help me. Sh...e said that he was not only a great communicator and always honest with her, but he conveyed the highest degree of moral character and commitment to his work. Before I met with Mr. Bruskin, I really did not trust attorneys that much. An attorney I had in the past sat on my legal issue and never did anything for me. Subsequently, I was burned by this and didn't really know who to trust. When I first met with Mr. Bruskin, I told him what my problem was. He listened very intently and asked me questions. Finally, after we concluded, he openly stated that my issue was not his legal specialty, but he would help me obtain the best legal representation possible. I really liked that he was very honest and open about this and did not take my case solely because I was a case to be had. I ended up working with Mr. Bruskin and another attorney he recommended throughout the process. Both were a real delight. Mr. Bruskin not only guided me throughout the process, but he is a mentor as well. He is so knowledgeable and not only did he really help me, I learned a lot of legal information from him. I can safely and honestly say I have never met an attorney so caring, and he exceeded all of my expectations. I am extremely happy with his work and I am so glad to know him.

I met Andrew, ironically, when he traveled to Israel several years ago. We were waiting in line to board an airplane back to the states and we started talking. At the time, Andrew was in law school, but told me if I ever needed anything, he should give me a call or send me an e-mail. For the next ...several years, we kept in touch. One of my job responsibilities include organizing events for a non-profit, but truth be told, the organization--like many not for profits--do not have a huge budget, let alone fees to pay an attorney. It can be very stressful work. About three months ago, I asked Andrew if he could review several contracts for me for a big conference we were holding at a New York City venue. Not only did Andrew review these documents with great detail and meticulousness, he caught several inconsistences that would have cost our organization money had we not addressed them with the venue. I asked Andrew how much we owed him and he said he was doing this for free. I went to several other attorneys who wanted a fair amount of money to review these agreements, but Andrew spent several hours out of his time to look over our paperwork for no charge. I don't expect any attorney to perform a costly service for free, but what Andrew did for me shows his generosity and benevolence. Andrew has a venerable character and his work is superlative. I have no question as to his honesty, his integrity and his work ethic. Andrew is someone you want to know.

I am not a client of Andrew's; I am a co-worker, but I have also known him for several years before coming into a working capacity with him. Andrew is not only one of the hardest working people I know; he is very intelligent and makes sure his work is not only delivered on time, but it is the best w...ork product out there. I am also directly responding to a negative review that was left on his site. I doubt its authenticity because one of the many jobs I have is to review complaints against attorneys at our firm made by co-workers, other clients or even individuals from other firms. The name of any complainant that is submitted would be done on an anonymous basis, unless they wanted their identity to be made public. But the name of the attorney would have to be known. I have never received any type of complaint against Mr. Bruskin from co-workers or clientele. We work in a very small niche of law; everyone knows each other and we always speak to clientele and other members of other firms. People would know if something "inappropriate" happened. In fact, every female colleague at the firm and from other firms have told me directly what a great person Andrew is to work with. He is laid back and always acts like a compassionate, caring and thoughtful leader. I have also received positive professional feedback from our clientele base, none of whom have ever voiced their complaints about Mr. Bruskin, even though the process is readily available. As stated previously, every bit of feedback has been positive. One client told me Mr. Bruskin was "very professional and carried himself well." Another client told me that "Andrew knows what to say during hearings." Again, I have never received any complaints regarding Mr. Bruskin from clients, co-workers or anyone else for that matter. This makes me doubt the credibility of the negative poster.
