Andrew Frederick Bruskin

I met Andrew, ironically, when he traveled to Israel several years ago. We were waiting in line to board an airplane back to the states and we started talking. At the time, Andrew was in law school, but told me if I ever needed anything, he should give me a call or send me an e-mail. For the next ...several years, we kept in touch. One of my job responsibilities include organizing events for a non-profit, but truth be told, the organization--like many not for profits--do not have a huge budget, let alone fees to pay an attorney. It can be very stressful work. About three months ago, I asked Andrew if he could review several contracts for me for a big conference we were holding at a New York City venue. Not only did Andrew review these documents with great detail and meticulousness, he caught several inconsistences that would have cost our organization money had we not addressed them with the venue. I asked Andrew how much we owed him and he said he was doing this for free. I went to several other attorneys who wanted a fair amount of money to review these agreements, but Andrew spent several hours out of his time to look over our paperwork for no charge. I don't expect any attorney to perform a costly service for free, but what Andrew did for me shows his generosity and benevolence. Andrew has a venerable character and his work is superlative. I have no question as to his honesty, his integrity and his work ethic. Andrew is someone you want to know.

I proudly write this review on behalf of Mr. Andrew Bruskin, whom I have the pleasure and privilege to know. I met Mr. Bruskin through a referral and did not know anything about him. However, I knew my referral spoke so highly of Mr. Bruskin that I had to meet him and see if he could help me. Sh...e said that he was not only a great communicator and always honest with her, but he conveyed the highest degree of moral character and commitment to his work. Before I met with Mr. Bruskin, I really did not trust attorneys that much. An attorney I had in the past sat on my legal issue and never did anything for me. Subsequently, I was burned by this and didn't really know who to trust. When I first met with Mr. Bruskin, I told him what my problem was. He listened very intently and asked me questions. Finally, after we concluded, he openly stated that my issue was not his legal specialty, but he would help me obtain the best legal representation possible. I really liked that he was very honest and open about this and did not take my case solely because I was a case to be had. I ended up working with Mr. Bruskin and another attorney he recommended throughout the process. Both were a real delight. Mr. Bruskin not only guided me throughout the process, but he is a mentor as well. He is so knowledgeable and not only did he really help me, I learned a lot of legal information from him. I can safely and honestly say I have never met an attorney so caring, and he exceeded all of my expectations. I am extremely happy with his work and I am so glad to know him.

I've known Andrew for over fifteen years and grew up with him. In 2014, I was a client of his when he represented me on a small legal matter. Throughout his representation of me, Andrew was a polished professional. He was a gentleman to everyone he spoke to. This hasn't changed at all. Andrew has... always been honest, transparent, hardworking and one of the NICEST human beings around. He is a stellar attorney.

I am taking some of my personal time on a weekend to write a raving review regarding Mr. Bruskin's representation and character. Andrew's representation was impeccably superb. I can't say enough good things about him--kind, innovative, smart. Even in stressful situations, he is very charming and f...unny. His integrity, honesty, reliability and trustworthiness are flawless. I would highly recommend.

Andrew is the best lawyer ever. Why? Because he has the following traits: CLEAR COMMUNICATOR: Andrew will always stay in contact and communicate with you regarding anything that still needs to get done and things that have already been done. TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST: Andrew conveys information ...in a honest and clear-cut way. I NEVER felt misled about anything and always knew Andrew had my back. Also, he will be honest with you if a legal subject matter is not his area of expertise and will always work with another attorney if this is the case. He wants to make sure the client is represented in the best manner possible. LEADER: Not only did Andrew advocate on my behalf, he did it in a very mature and professional manner. There are many lawyers out there who get angry and hostile in order to make a point. Not Andrew. He conveyed all of the important points in a calm, clear, crisp and concise manner. He always treated the adversary attorney and adversary client in a cordial and professional way. This is a rare find for an attorney, especially when under a lot of pressure. Above all, he makes sure other people's needs are met before his own needs are met. This makes all of the more reason for my own review, because Andrew worked on a very challenging case for me. Unfortunately, the adversary client was not a nice person and did not treat my legal team in a respectful manner. Even though Andrew treated this person with nothing but respect, the adversary would consistently misrepresent facts to the tribunal, openly blame my attorney for all of the problems this person was going through and, unfortunately, I suspect that this same person is the one who posted a negative review on Andrew's profile. It is unfortunate and sad that this happened because the facts alleged in this person's review is just not true. I had to write this and make sure to set the record straight: Andrew is a phenomenal lawyer, the nicest, most caring and HUMBLE human being out there. He is going to go very far in his legal career. I truly think lawyers have it hard because they sometimes have to deal with others that harbor such anger and hatred within themselves and then try to take their anger out on others and blame them for the hardships they have inflicted upon themselves. Luckily for me, Andrew is a responsible, hard working and professional person. He has a lot of integrity. Did I say he was going to go far in his legal career? I did, but I will say it again. He is going to go very far.
