Andrew Frederick Bruskin

Andrew is an attorney, entrepreneur, advocate and counselor of law. He has worked with numerous clients on civil litigation matters and has experience in private practice, non-profit and federal, state and local government. During his time in the United States Senate, Andrew reviewed written legislation before it was introduced to the press, the public and other lawmakers. He has started two companies (one of which is a law firm) and sits on the board of Israel's third largest hospital in Jerusalem--Herzog Hospital.

At the age of 19, Andrew was elected president of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), a one million member national honor society that invites freshmen and sophomores who are in the top ten percent of their class. Throughout his term, Andrew gave speeches at induction ceremonies and keynote remarks at organizational functions throughout the country. NSCS successfully raised five million dollars from its membership drives. Andrew was then elected to the State University of New York Student Assembly, where he fought against tuition hikes on behalf of 650,000 SUNY constituents. These hikes would have prevented lower income and minority students from attending one of America's most affordable higher education systems.

Andrew was one of 238 recipients statewide to receive the SUNY Chancellor's Award. He is a recipient of numerous awards and recognitions.

Andrew is a lifetime member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and is recognized in numerous publications, including the Houston Chronicle, U.S. News and World Report, Yahoo! and the American Constitutional Society on public speaking, leadership management and various criminal, constitutional and political issues. He is cited in two books and has appeared on several TV and radio talk shows. Andrew was knighted into the Order of St. Michael for his commitment to community service and his dedication to helping others.

He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
