Working at this company has been an extremely disappointing experience. The overall environment is built on poor communication and a rigid, outdated hierarchy reminiscent of a Soviet-style system. Instead of licensed professionals, client consultations are often handled by “consultants”or “senior ...paralegals” who do not hold any legal qualifications, raising serious concerns about accuracy and integrity. New hires or before “officially” hiring, are expected to intern for free for an entire month, and even after that period, the compensation offered is below minimum wage. Paralegals are consistently treated with disrespect, and the company lacks any concept of professional boundaries. Senior paralegals feel comfortable calling staff late at night to yell or assign tasks, creating an unhealthy and stressful work environment. Additionally, many paralegals work without proper employment authorization and are paid through other legally employed paralegals, a practice that is questionable at best and potentially unlawful. Overall, the company operates with a troubling disregard for ethics, labor standards, and basic professionalism. I cannot recommend it as a workplace for anyone seeking a respectful, lawful, and supportive environment.
