Talant visa

Strongly recommended! Aizhan Yerezhepova (aka Aya Baltabek) supported my family during the entire process of a talent visa application and migration. Since our first interview in June 2023 we decided to go ahead with her office and team and never regretted. We completed the process in February 202...6 with receiving our green card plastics. The entire process was accompanied by Aya Baltabek Law office's prompt communication, customer-oriented support on any questions, professionalism and knowledge of legal specifics of both Qazaqstan/CIS and US.

One of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I’ve ever had.

I paid for a consultation expecting professional support. Instead, I was overwhelmed with demands to fill out lengthy forms, submit documents, and watch videos — all before even speaking to an attorney. I clearly stated that I only needed a standard call, but they refused to adapt or offer flexibi...lity. Eventually, they canceled the consultation themselves, citing “missing documents,” even though I had already asked to cancel due to the excessive requirements. This process caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and left me completely frustrated. If you’re looking for real guidance — look elsewhere. This service only adds confusion and anxiety when you need clarity the most.

Wasting time and money

Contacted the lawyer with immigration case, paid for the first consultation with zero outcomes. Then decided accept the risk, sign a contract with this lawyer and move forward. Contract is absolutely unclear, requesting to pay $7,500 at the beginning, so I tried to specify couple details in this cont...ract and got something like that - "you need to pay for another consultation to get answers for your questions", despite questions were purely about the contract statements. Anyways, I found another lawyer on Avvo with free consultation, and she said that in accordance with that contract no guarantee of the positive results and all she does is filling the petition. Not recommended at all. Contract signed with another lawyer, who provided consultation for free, answered all my questions and disclosed all contract statements.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. The initial consultation is meant for legal evaluation, and the fee is fully credited toward the retainer if you choose to proceed. The quoted fee reflects the strategic complexity of EB-2 NIW cases, and the contract outlines this in detail. Importantly, no attorney can ethically or legally guarantee the outcome of a petition—in fact, doing so could place their license at risk. That’s not a flaw in the contract; it’s a mark of honest, compliant representation.

An exceptional and truly outstanding lawyer

I know how stressful and uncertain it can be to find or stumble upon a good and professional lawyer. I’d like to share my experience in case it helps someone who’s currently in the same situation I was in some time ago. I came to Aya through a friend’s recommendation, and that immediately built my... trust in her. Despite her extensive knowledge of immigration law and all its nuances, what really stood out to ME was learning about Aya’s own immigration journey. It was a clear sign that I was working with someone who not only knows the law, but deeply understands the process from personal experience. During our initial consultation, she evaluated whether my case would be eligible for the EB-1, since I am an Indian classical dancer (a very specific and rare category), and given my background, we filed four petitions simultaneously: the I-140, I-485, EAD, and Advance Parole. My I-140 was approved within six months, and the I-485 was approved a few months later. In the meantime, Aya ensured that I could both work and travel by applying for the advance parole and work permit. I had no idea that this was even an option during the waiting period. If Aya hadn’t done that for me, I wouldn’t have been able to work in the U.S. or travel, especially since green card cases can take a long time to process. It was truly a game charger for me, since I had no financial support. As for my EB-1 case - it was a massive talent petition that her team put together with great care and precision. It included nearly 1,000 pages, and it takes an incredible amount of hard work to make a case of that scale both compelling and cohesive. Aya’s team was incredibly fast and professional. They submitted every required document, including my medical exam results to USCIS on time, without any delays or complications. They also kept me fully informed by sharing scans of each approval and every notice from USCIS. I’m just beyond thankful to Aya and her team for handling the entire process with such professionalism and for just getting it DONE. If you’re looking for an expert who is highly qualified and truly knows her craft, I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Aya!

Three families green cards

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Aizhan and her crew for their professionalism, attentiveness, and support throughout my immigration process. From the very first consultation, I received clear explanations, expert guidance, and the confidence that my case was in good hands. Not only... did I have a great experience, but my parents and brother also worked with Aizhan and were equally impressed with the level of care and expertise provided. All out three families got approval for EB2-NIW . It’s truly a pleasure to work with someone who genuinely cares about their clients and is committed to their success. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Baltabek Law to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable immigration lawyer. Thank you for your outstanding work and for making our dreams come true!
