Biography
Adam Packer began his career as a litigation attorney at a well-known law firm in Indianapolis, where he defended lawsuits against pharmacy companies, trucking companies, small businesses, and individuals. In 2006, he left private practice to join the administration of Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels as an attorney for the Indiana Gaming Commission. For the next seven years, Mr. Packer developed his skills at the Gaming Commission as a government lawyer with gaming expertise. In 2013, Mr. Packer left public service to become General Counsel at IGT Indiana (formerly GTECH Indiana), the Indiana subsidiary of global gaming giant IGT. At IGT Indiana, Mr. Packer supported an integrated services provider (sales, marketing, technology, product design and execution, logistics, and customer relationships) for the State Lottery Commission of Indiana. In 2023, Mr. Packer left IGT to become SVP of Legal & Compliance at fantasy sports leader PrizePicks.
Mr. Packer is an experienced gaming, government, and corporate attorney who has pivoted to sports and entertainment and is now a senior legal advisor to the largest privately-held skill-based fantasy sports operator in North America.
