I worked with Attorney Goel on my H-1b filing which had various complications due to withdrawn I-140 and time spent outside the country. The case was also a last minute filing. Attorney Goel handled the case very professionally, was able to successfully research the law to find a solution and was abl...e to share the details of the statute for full transparency. The application then drafted was very thorough and very well thought through with great attention to details. Great work!! Would strongly recommend him. They are not mass market lawyers like a lot of others and actually focus on the candidate and spend quality time discussing the case strategy.
