We highly recommend Vellum!

Our company has been using Vellum LLC for almost 5 years now. The service provided by Vellum has added value to our team at a price we can afford. We think of Vellum as our "legal department". I highly recommend this service to small businesses that have normal or average legal (LLC paperwork, bi-...annual filings, contracts, copyrights, employee handbooks, etc) needs.
