I have been a criminal defense lawyer in Alaska since 1993. I continue to represent clients facing charges ranging from murder to dui. I understand that your case is of the utmost importance to you and your loved ones, and will work tirelessly to obtain the best possible outcome for you.
I have tried cases all over the state, from Fairbanks to Sand Point. I have appeared before the Alaska Court of Appeals and the Alaska Supreme Court and am licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

Dismissal of my DUI

Wally Tetlow is 110% as good as advertised!
I made some mistakes and caught a slew of charges back in 2019. The DA got very excited and piled me up a boatload of overcharging. It was scary and had the potential to end very badly for me.
