I've honestly been a little bitter about my experience through all this and I'll explain. First, I was caught off-guard by the fact that the 40% would come out of the first half of the settlement after I agreed to go to litigation, should of been 33% and found I should of gotten the first half soone...r as Geico was surprised I hadn't gotten it yet. Was the delay part of the plan to get more? But that should of been from the second half I feel. Also, the fact that the settlement went first to Crowson, second to the hospital and then third and left overs to me. Just didn't feel right. And then the long time it took for the settlement and the miscommunications due to mostly done by e-mail and text rather than by call. Some miscommunication resulted in my conference call with Geico lawyer's being delayed by months. I also honestly just felt like just another person through all this. All in all, Crowson made more than me out of a case that I pondered over and over if I could of just settled with Geico on my own. When this all started, I truly was happy and when I saw Crowson advertised on a bus I was like "that's my lawyer!".....now I'm like....well I'll keep that to myself. All in all not too happy and will first try on my own next time if then go elsewhere.

I was 22 weeks pregnant when one car T boned me and another car hits me upfront I was injured bad and I was worried about my baby.
