Biography
I am an experienced Eastern Washington trial lawyer, and I am a mom. Since 2005, I have worked to find justice for the injured and neglected. In 2018, I was selected by my trial lawyer peers to receive their "Professionalism Award" and in 2009 I was seleted as their "Ready to Soar" New Member of the Year. I am proud to be "A-Rated" by Martindale Hubbell and have been chosen as a Washington "Super Lawyer" every year since 2016. I try cases to juries in Eastern Washington. In 2013, I was honored to work with a client and the legislature in Olympia to rewrite the law regarding a landlord's obligation to protect the keys to its tenant's residence. The "Safe Keys Law" RCW 59.18.060(7) was the result of my brave client continuing her fight after the case resolved.
I have litigated against large corporations, insurance companies, school districts, manufacturers of products, negligent doctors, hospitals and landlords on behalf of the injured.
