Biography
Bob Merriman has been practicing law in the Tri-Cities, Washington area since 1980 with a practice that has emphasized the representation of injured and disabled persons. He is recognized by his peers as one of the leading practitioners in Southeastern Washington specializing in Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability Law, and has successfully represented hundreds of individuals in seeking redress for their injuries and disabilities at both the State and Federal level.
Bob is a lifelong resident of the Tri-Cities area and is a proud member of the first graduating class at Kamiakin High School in Kennewick. He excelled academically at both the college and law school levels. He is an active member of the Washington State Trial Lawyer’s Association, and has served on its Board of Governors. He is also a member of the Workerplace Injury Litigation Group (WILG) and the National Association of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR).
Bob has earned a reputaion as an effective and persuasive litigator. He genuinely cares about his clients and has a sincere desire to honestly, aggressively and professionally advise and advocate for his clients, no matter what.
